Terms of Service - Blessed Wear

1. General Conditions By using this website and placing an order, you agree to these terms. Blessed Wear is a personal project managed by Guillaume Nathan, located in Bannes, France.

2. Made-to-Order Policy All products are "Print-on-Demand," meaning they are manufactured specifically for you once an order is placed. Because of this custom process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for "buyer’s remorse" or incorrect size selection. Please consult our size guides carefully before purchasing.

3. Shipping & Delivery Delivery times consist of fulfillment time (printing the shirt) + shipping time. While we strive for speed, these times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs clearance.

4. Damaged or Defective Items Any claims for misprinted, damaged, or defective items must be submitted within 14 days after the product has been received. Please contact us with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

5. Pricing and Payment Prices are shown in USD and do not include shipping costs or potential customs fees. Payments are processed securely via Shopify.

6. Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of France. In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first to find an amicable solution.
